Not sure what we did to deserve this but we’re about to get a second batch of new Kate Bush tunes this year. She’s following up her Director’s Cut revisionist album with 50 Words for Snow, her first album of all new material since 2005’s Aerial. The album will feature seven songs recorded during the Director’s Cut sessions. Who wants to bet we’ll actually hear all 50 snow synonyms throughout them? I wouldn’t put it past her, folks. Stream Kate Bush’s new album Director’s Cut in its entirety over at NPR. The album consists of reworked versions of a number of songs from her early ’90s releases The Sensual World (maybe my personal favorite from her) and The Red Shoes.
